We present the case of a 65-year-old female patient, a former smoker, with a medical history of type 2 diabetes mellitus, hypothyroidism and osteoporosis. During a CT scan performed for a respiratory infection, a pseudonodular lesion was incidentally identified in the right upper lobe.
