3D NAVIGATION FOR BRONCHOSCOPY

Cella Bronchoscopy

Patient-specific 3D planning and guidance for peripheral lung lesions, supporting safer, more precise and minimally invasive procedures.

Access to peripheral lesions remains a challenge

Difficult anatomical understanding

Limited visualisation of the bronchial tree and navigation pathway

Low diagnostic yield

Inaccurate targeting may lead to unsuccessful biopsy sampling

Complex navigation

Locating peripheral nodules can be challenging.

Higher risk of complications

Increased rates of repeat procedures, bleeding and pneumothorax

Image Upload

Cella securely receives the patient’s DICOM images through its web platform.

3D Planning

Cella reconstructs the patient’s anatomy, with radiologist validation, and automatically identifies the optimal bronchial pathways.

Procedure Guidance

The pre-procedural strategy is applied during the intervention. The virtual simulation serves as a guidance reference throughout the procedure.

No Upfront Capital Investment

Eliminates the need to purchase bronchoscopy towers or robotic systems.

Compatible with Any Bronchoscopy System

No investment in licences or service contracts is required.

Frequently Asked Questions (FAQs)

How do I receive the requested 3D bronchoscopy planning?

To access your requested virtual models, visit the Cella web platform and log in with your username and password to view all your clinical cases.

Can I share the 3D virtual models with other healthcare professionals through the platform?

Yes, you can share the 3D models with other healthcare professionals. To do so, we recommend contacting your account manager, who will be able to help you arrange the appropriate access.

Does uploading patient images comply with the GDPR?

Once the hospital has obtained the patient’s informed consent, the medical images required to create the 3D model are uploaded to the Cella web platform. During this process, all patient-identifiable information is anonymised and linked to a unique ID to ensure patient privacy. From that point onwards, Cella assumes responsibility for processing the patient’s data in accordance with the applicable data protection regulations.

Can I request an urgent 3D bronchoscopy plan?
